Love, Life and Legacy is a pioneering and unique approach to transformation specifically created for residential care homes. As a whole systems process, it protects the essence of what works well within a current system, whilst providing a powerful set of tools and resources that will enable care homes to optimise the health and wellbeing of everyone in the system. As a unifying framework, it places human values at the heart of personal and organisational transformation and seeks to achieve a profound and sustainable impact on culture, capability and capacity.
